St George Of Selinari Monastery - Review
Perhaps one of the lesser known sights in Greece, the George Selinary Monastery is one of the most tranquil and lovely spots you will find on the island. The Monastery of the medieval era has all the makings of a lovely spiritual destination for travelers.
The architecture is rustic and charming and the ancient feeling of the place is preserved by the monks who reside here. The narrow stone pathways, the lovely stone buildings and their arches and everything is absolutely worth the visit. Although it is on the highway and a bit far from civilization, making a trip to the quaint little monastery comes highly recommended.

We have been past this place many time, but today we decided to take a look inside. Very tranquil & our guide was very informative. A lovely place.
Nice place, welcoming people, lovely museum. George from the Sissi Happy Train brought us here and was our guide. It's worth a look in my opinion.
