Exploris Aquarium is an aquarium in Ireland. Set on the shores of Strangford Lough, it offers much more than its colleges across the country. Strangford Lough is a Marine Nature Reserve, and an important destination for sea birds’ migration. Home to almost 75% of the species found in the northern part of the country, this aquarium is a must for all nature lovers. A large number of attractions of this site will draw you to it. The Seal Sanctuary that it houses is probably the only one in Northern Ireland. A trail leads you through the entire aquarium to give you the most exciting journey. Starting from the native fish and coral reefs, you will traverse through the Amazon Rainforests and view the reptiles. This will be followed by the Asian Otters, and the excited seal pups who will steal your heart, to the demonstration pool talks, where they tell you all about the sea life. After this thrilling experience, you can take a quick snack before heading towards exploring other parts of this beautiful country.
