Culebrita - Review
Isla Culebra, also known as Culebrita is a part of the Puerto Rican Archipelago and lies on the eastern part of the Caribbean Island. It is known as Nature Reserve and thus forms a part of the Culebra National Wildlife Refuge. It is also known as the land of lighthouses on the Caribbean due to the presence of quite a few here. The main one is known as the Culebrita Lighthouse.
The Culebrita is a coral island and comprises of six beaches out of which the largest is the Tortuga Beach. The two other big beaches are the Trash Beach and the West Beach. The unexploited beauty and rich fauna makes this place a must visit whenever you go to Culebra plus this place is never too crowded. This makes it even better as a peaceful place to escape from the city blues.
- This place can only be reached by a boat and no other means of transport.
- You can also enjoy a picnic on this island.
- As the place is empty and void of any human habitation, it is better to come back from here before dusk.

Culebrita, Culebra Reviews
One of the cutest anchorages in the Spanish virgin islands. Could be a bit surgy sometimes, but not as bad as many anchorages in the Bahamas. The island has a few walks. I recommend climbing on the cliff on the north side. We saw one of the best sunsets ever from that cliff. The walk to the lighthouse is nice too. It looks like you can get through the hole in a fence and climb the lighthouse.
Beautiful, peaceful, fun little island with an abandoned lighthouse you can hike to.
Paradise beach in Culebrita is one of the best beaches we ever been. Trip with Captain Bill on his Catamaran was great.
Great views, you can see St.Thomas V.I. from here
Beautiful white sandy beaches
