Flamenco Beach, Culebra Reviews

  • Amazingly beautiful beach. Crystal clear water and white sand to go with it. This is a highly recommend place. I came here with my wife and some friends on a boat tour. This is definitely one if the best beaches I've been too. I would want to come back here but next time I need to stay a few days and tour this island better.

  • Beautiful beach. One of the best beaches ive ever seen. Crystal clear turqoise blue water and white sand beach. Paradise. WW2 tank ruins on the beach add to the attraction. You can spend your time snorkelling or just relax on the beach. Lovely cocktails available on the beach shack.

  • We took the 9am ferry From Fajardo. $5/round trip, about an hour ride. You can take coolers, beach chairs, etc... on the ferry but you’ll have to tote everything with you around the island. USE THE BATHROOM ON THE FERRY. There are hardly any public bathrooms on Culebera. Once you arrive at Culebra Iand you’ll have some options for food and transportation right at the dock. You can rent a Jeep or gold cart during your time there or you can taxi. If you want to explore the island thoroughly you should rent the jeep! We had 3 small children and just wanted to spend time at Flamenco so we took the taxi. $5/person gets you to the 2nd most beautiful beach on the world according to Discover Channel. My family and I had the most amazing time at Flamenco. The sand is extremely clean, no rocks or ant seaweed at all. The waves come crashing in but are tamed enough for a non-swimmer like myself to have some fun! There are beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. We just laid in the sand and soaked up the sun. It’s a public beach but there aren’t any bathrooms!

  • The most beautiful beach I've ever seen! So secluded and relaxing. If you're in Puerto Rico this is a must! Get to the ferry terminal early because it sells out quick!
