  • We are six of the family members stayed in this hotel during our holiday in Vietnam on earlier of September . First of all , we would like to thank the hotel front desk staff as shown in the photos . He is very polite and helpful . He helped us to communicate with the Uber Driver while we reached at the hotel front desk from Da Nang downtown . Because of the poor communication with the driver resulting some misunderstanding issue . However , it get solved eventually with his kind assistance . We appreciated to what he had done for us . The room is clean and comfortable , food is nice especially the bakery section , variety choice of the buffet breakfast . Fast topping up food from the kitchen but poor working attitude of the waiters and waitress in their restaurant . They didn't clean the tables immediately after the guests left even we keep requesting it , they pretended like nothing happen at that moment . The hygiene around the dining area needs to be improved .The utensil does not refill on time . Hope to see the improvement in future . Anyhow we will still recommend to stay here if travelling to Danang .

  • Very nice place. You should come here with your love. Sure you will never forget.

  • Great decorations, very unique. It's different with any other Mercure I've visited. They upgraded my room and gave me earlier check in. But in the high season, this hotel truly crowded as hell. Good place to stay to enjoy ba na in the night which is very stunning. P.s you will get special price entry fee if you stay in mercure.

  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would, but google make me choose 1 star. The worst food in Vietnam, I'd rather eat from a dodgy back alley rat infestations street vendor on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh than ever set foot inside 'la table' ever again. And to make it worse the service was abominable, they really didn't care at all. My wife and I could not eat the meals, and spent the rest of the day concerned we would be struck down with diarrhoea. Luckily we were spared. The only redeeming factor was that we didn't have to argue about not paying for parts of the meal. My beer had something floating in it. And took longer than my fried rice to arrive at my table. Simple the worst. What are you doing Mercure? Honestly. I'm speechless.
