Designed by French and Moroccan architects, the Grand Mosque of Dakar boasts of a minaret that towers over 67 meters and intricately decorated interior and exteriors. This is one of the most significant worship houses of the capital of the country and acts as an oasis of peace where Islamic doctrines are taught. Located on Allee Pape Gueye Fall, the Mosque is only half a century old. The white exterior of the Islamic Institute is really beautiful.
