The Arts District is indeed the place to be! Just on the edge of the District’s periphery lies Dallas’ most beloved park, the Klyde Warren Park. Although it’s a public park, it’s run by a private foundation, Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, and has operational timings. With huge open spaces for children to play and dogs to run, the Klyde Warren Park is also equipped to host a variety of other public events like book signings and live stage performances. Apart from providing a green urban space for the residents of the city, the Klyde Warren Park was built to provide a smooth transition between uptown and downtown, serving as the common point, so to speak. It’s a very strategically planned and built public park, most definitely worth a visit.
