The scenic beauty of this landscape is indeed marvelous. The blooming flowers full of life, the chirpy birds as if they're signing to you, the lovely lake, ducks and moorhens and the magnificent castle, simply contribute in making this little area a piece of heaven on earth. If you are lucky, you will spot the Grey heron that visit the garden frequently. Kids can toboggan down the slope in the garden when it's snowy.

a nice small garden near the centre of darmstadt.
great in the summer, less so in the wet winter
What a lovely park in this older section of Darmstadt. Large, clean, wide and well maintained paved paths wind through those park. Dog walkers delight. I wish my dog was here to enjoy it with me.
