Lake Daylesford, Daylesford Reviews

  • It’s beautiful. Clear water and greenery around the lake gives immense satisfaction and a peaceful feeling. It’s the only place in Daylesford which we like. You can take a short walk around the lake, swim across or do paddle boating. There is a caffe at the corner where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch but if you want to have a coffee while sitting at corner of lake you will be disappointed as that caffe doesn’t serve coffee only.

  • Nice walking track around the lake - took us about an hour but we took it slow.

  • Nice spot for a picnic, bbq and a walk around the lake

  • Walking track around the lake is a must. We fed geese and ducks and had a lot of fun. Really beautiful and romantic walk with my husband.

  • Beautiful place, picturesque landscape, lovely lake, lots of little ducks, geese and coot. And dont forget the number of fresh mineral springs scattered around the lake. Perfect for a day out :)
