  • We went to Copperstone for 2 years and the service was great. Great price, everything was fantastic. We just got back from our third stay at Copperstone and it was terrible! The office could not get our reservation dates right, I had to email and phone several times for them to correct their mistakes. Our room was filthy when we got there. We ended up leaving one day early and we let them know this 2 1/2 days prior, yet they have now charged our Visa for the extra night. Will never use this place again!!

  • Had issues with the door accessing the "4000 building" my key card didn't work and I was locked outside after BBQing food. My dinner ended up being cold as a result. Which is whatever, it happens. But the front desk attendant basically didn't care at all and simply reprogrammed my key cards. Which didn't fix the problem, so I went back. Someone else helped me and told me they were aware that the doors were malfunctioning so she gave me a pin #. There was also a mouse in our room. Two more nights to go, hoping things improve.

  • Great hotel. We liked that it wasn't among the hustle and bustle of Banff or Canmore. A short drive and you are there anyways. Room was very clean when we arrived and spacious. Great views as well.

  • Stay here over the weekend for a girls trip and had an amazing time. Beautiful mountain views from our balcony, great hot tub, big bathrooms, clean and spacious - wonderful resort! my only complaint was the Wifi was horrible but I would stay here again

  • Room and location was gorgeous. Suite was well furnished and was large enough for our parties. The lodge was very accommodating of dogs. The WiFi is very, very, very slow. Don't expect to be able to use Facebook.
