  • It is very nice place to visit. There are so many locomotives and inside museum the history of trains are mesmerizing. The mixture India model is very well thought and made. There was a toy train too. There was a 3d show where u can experience something very different. The place was good to visit for everyone including elders to kids, even people can use the QR code stick on trains to listen about it's history. Overall experience was just splendid.Recommended to visit.

  • A must visit for a glimpse into the rich history of the Indian Railways, which became the engine for the integration of the country by transporting people and goods. There is a large central hall, with representation of the history, mechanics, signalling and other facets of the railways through pictures and scale models. There are the actual engines and coaches from the railways operated by princely states in the exhibition area and one feels like a pygmy compared to some of these engines. There are also simulators for the different types of engines like diesel, electric, etc. There is a well maintained cafeteria for meals and a kiosk for snacks. There are well maintained restrooms as well. There is a scale model joy ride that takes visitors around the premises to see the engines and carriages in the open exhibition area. There is also a well stocked souvenir shop on the premises.

  • I would expect something extraordinary from a country with one of the largest Railway network in the world. Exhibits at the museum were below my expectations, not much to see and do, only one train ride and small museum. The Railway department needs to work on this to improve the museum and attract more tourism. It has the potential to be one of the great attractions of Delhi.

  • National Rail Museum was a stunning background visiting this epic landmark. The transportation network , sustenance, locker office and security is getting it done. Simply deal with what all you are conveying in light of the fact that not all things are permitted past checking point. Have a delight National Rail Museum trip.

  • Is quite a nice place to visit. Has varied options to explore n know and understand railways better in a fun manner. Joy train which is bigger one and toy train which is smaller, rides are fun. I liked the Joy train preferably. Quiz are also displayed on few computer consoles that I like so much. Will highly recommend for every age. Nice fun place for kids from even 1.5 years of age.
