Safdarjungs Tomb - Review
The Safdarjang Tomb is a beautiful marble and sandstone tomb built for a Wazir or chief minister in the Mughal Empire in 1754. It is perhaps the most lavishly built mausoleum that doesn’t belong to an emperor or someone from the royal family in Delhi. The reason for this might be that Safdarjung himself was quite wealthy and powerful.
It isn’t as grand as the other tombs but it has a beautiful garden around it. There are also certain other buildings including a madarsa that have been built around the same area and a part of the premises. The typical Mughal architecture is definitely worth a look. The stone carvings which are very common in Mughal architecture are intricate and stunning. Definitely a must visit if you are a fan of Mughal architecture.

Safdarjungs Tomb, Delhi Reviews
A very very peaceful and neat and clean place located in the heart of Delhi near by सफदरजंग airport and easily notice from the road. You can visit here any time specially government school students are come here for excersio. This place will be very nice for a short term picnic with your family 👪. Here you can see old monument and historical information about सफदरजंग and Indian history. Once you will go there you love this place and you come again and again.
A really nice monument, is in a fine condition now after the renovation work by the archeological survey of India. The tomb is well maintained and is a great place for photography. There are big gardens where one can sit and enjoy the view. The fees is 10 rupees per person. Unavailability of drinking water spoils the fun here, there is a washroom but is in a bad condition, and is chargeable. Press the like button if you found this review helpful 😇.
Beautiful place to visit. Tomb is spectacular. But visitors don't keep it clean. It's a request to anyone visiting the tomb to help it keep neat and clean.
Safdarjung Tomb surrounded by a big and beautiful garden where can sit for a couple of hours and enjoy the beautiful view of tomb. Very decent and peaceful place to get released and peace. This place is also popular of young couple to get their personal place and enjoy. This place and garden also comfortable to enjoy a picnic with friends or family.
One of the beautiful historical monument in Delhi. It seems well maintained. However, inside you'd find mostly couples hanging out. This place doesn't have toilets so make suficient arrangements before planning. There is lot of greenry around the tomb. Inside the tomb, you can feel cool air even though if its hot outside.
