When back to your own home use this new knowledge to WOW your family and friends with great Indian cuisine.

  • We did a cooking class here. It was the best fun and a great learning experience. We recommend it to everyone.

  • Great night with my friend and would highly recommend. The food is delicious and Neha makes it all so easy and understandable. The little take home pieces are a wonderful addition and such a nice reminder of a great experience

  • What better way to spend a day in Delhi than by walking through a spice market, cooking an authentic 4 course meal, and sharing it in the home of a very welcoming family? Thank you Saffron Palate for an amazingly authentic, enriching and personal experience!

  • Neha instructed us how to make 4 dishes and 3 breads in the 4 hour class. It was exactly the Indian cooking class that I wanted. She identified and explained the spices. The class was set up with some pre-cooked food, such as boiled potatoes, marinated chicken, washed rice to ease the cooking process. As such, we just added the various ingredients to the pans and cooked everything. We ate all the food afterwards. Yum! Neha was friendly and professional and I was able to make a downpayment to reserve my spot and pay the rest after class.
