  • Amazing experience and highly recommended. Neha explained all the spices in depth and educated you on the dishes you were going to make. All ingredients were prepped before but allowed for you to easily take her instruction and do the cooking. Highlight was making the various breads. HIGHLY recommended experience!

  • Our family (myself, husband and two children aged 6 and 8) had the pleasure of visiting Neha in her beautiful home and cooking studio in July 2017. It was just the best experience. From visiting the local market, to the cooking and then the eating. Neha is the most wonderful guide and host. We recommend anyone who is visiting Delhi to put Saffron Palate on your top 10 things to do in Delhi.

  • Saffron Palate is a must in Delhi, it had lived up our expectations. We spent a great time and have fun with Neha. Learning was easy and she will answer all your doubts. We were amazed doing parantha and aloo jeera has become our favourite dish. Now, back at home, we can offer an incredible indian food to our friends.

  • I recently took a private cooking class with my husband at Saffron Palate, and I can't speak highly enough of our experience. Neha welcomed us into her beautiful home in Delhi for an afternoon of cookery education, incredible food, lively conversation, and even a visit to the local temple so that we could witness the prayer ritual. Since my husband and I are both vegan, Neha planned a special class for us and taught us how to modify dairy and meat recipes with simple plant based ingredients. We learned to make various breads, "butter" vegetables, potatoes, chickpeas, and biryani - and at the end of the class we had a gorgeous feast with all the food we'd made. In addition to learning how to cook some of our favorite Indian dishes, it was wonderful to spend time with Neha and learn about local life in Delhi. I'd highly recommend this class for couples, friends, or family members looking for something different and fun to do in India. It was a great bonding experience, and I'd definitely book a class with Saffron Palate again.

  • My friend and I had a great time learning how to cook Indian food. Our menu included 1 meat item (butter chicken - sooo good), 3 veg items and 3 different breads. My friend and I was fortunate enough to be the only two during the class which honestly added to the experience as we were able to have our hands in literally every dish. We both walked away with a beautiful recipe book, confident that we will be able to recreate these dishes at home. Neha is super sweet, friendly and made us feel right at home - she also had a mini cake to celebrate my birthday, sooo thoughtful! If you have the evening free - definitely add this to your schedule!
