Demanovska Dolina is a village nestled in the Demanovska Valley of Zillina Region. The two most highlighting features of the village are the Demanovska Ica Cave and the Demanovska Cave of Liberty. The village acts as a base before the mountaineers ascend towards the hills of Chopok, Polana, Dunbier, Krupova and so on. With the altitudinal range of 700 to 2000 metres, the Demanovska Dolina is a popular and ideal winter activity area having variegated ski slopes and snowy caves with magnificent ice formations. Chair lifts, cabin lifts and ski lifts are in this village and during winter activities, the visitors can also check in to the various resorts and hotels.
