Denmark Animal Farm & Pentland Alpaca Stud, Denmark Reviews
Animals were well cared for and the facility was incredibly tidy/clean. Special thanks to Albus for the warm welcome and accompanying us through the shop.
Nice animal farm, however my son was mauled by a kangaroo as he tried to pat it. I then mentioned this to the owner and was told that there was a sign saying that these were wild animals but are safe to pat. In my opinion he was fortunate that he did not sustain more serious damage than he did. I won't be going back.
One of the best animal farm we have visited!! Chance to be up close with a Koala and getting to pet it was moment to treasure. The cute Scottish highland cow calf; alpacas that are so cuddly; bleaty and greedy goats that will jump on you for food; donkeys that sound exactly as The Donkey in Shrek Movie when trying to attract you for food. The kids love the up close experience with the rabbits and guinea pigs, choosing which to cuddle with and would have stay there forever. We were even given the opportunity to feed a Joey- Certainly unforgettable. Kudos to the staff who worked really hard caring for the animals
It was great! The camel was well awesome mate. Cute baby rabbits.
It was a lovely experience, friendly staff, hands on experience with a Koala, Kangaroos, Joeys, Lamas and many more. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, and any tourists from over seas. You don't get one on one experiences with Australian animals at the Perth zoo or many other venues like this. Feedback for improvement would be the feed bags could be a little bigger and maybe a staff member telling you things as you walk around or an activity sheet for the kids to do while walking around.
