Fonferek Glen County Park Reviews & Ratings

  • Had a great time with my dog. I would suggest people bring shoes they don't mind getting wet to cross the water. They will be able to get even cooler pics then I got. It was nice there are multiple trails to take, some are easier than others.

  • Great little gem just outside of Green Bay. Short easy trails with some parts a bit hairy going down into the river bed. But once there. Beautiful. Easier to wade upriver than take the trails. Bring flip-flops. Take pictures. Don't touch the frogs and pick up after yourself.

  • Great viewpoint but don't go here expecting a lot of hiking or anything. It's a park in someone's backyard basically. In and out in 15 minutes! That being said the new platform that built is gorgeous!

  • You don't have to travel far from the city to enjoy a beautiful waterfall. Explore the trails around the creek just be careful not to slip and die. I wouldn't take children on the paths away from the overlook.

  • Lovely park with some really-cool geologic features. It's a nice place to get out of the car and do a bit of hiking. Plan for mosquitoes (it is Wisconsin, after all) and mind the signs!
