This is a demure but precious fine arts museum focusing on Latin American works. The 3000 items in its collections cover textiles, ceramics, masks, jewelry, basketry, paintings, and contemporary art. Especially beautiful are the Spanish Colonial Art pieces. There is also some coverage of pre-Columbian times in Latin America. Check out the attraction website for updates on special exhibitions.

  • This is a really cool but quick little museum worth checking out. They also host parties and it’s a really interested event space.

  • I saw the latest exhibit here. It was so cool to see the juxtaposition of NASA photos against the Aztec codecs.

  • Small but beautiful space for Latinx art! Please support this museum! As a visitor from out of town, MDLA is an example of how much Denver loves its art and its culture.

  • Went for the LEAF fundraiser. It was a fantastic venue. Great space and artwork.

  • I have visited this museum many times over the last decade, and every trip has been memorable. I feel that their educational offerings for children and students are particularly strong.
