  • We went late in the evening so not much going on but it was still a neat place to visit. The kids enjoyed seeing the boats and the fish in the water. The tree with all the animals carved into it was pretty amazing!! I liked the benches all along the way. Would like to come back again and maybe go on a dolphin tour!

  • So disappointed!!! We have been coming to Destin almost every year since 2004. We were going to run into a store at the Destin Boardwalk that we had previously purchased shirts / school clothes for our children( a substantial purchase I might add). Tonight, We arrived at 8:25pm figuring we’d have 30 minutes or so to shop, only to discover we were required to pay $10 to park. Needless to say we turned around and left. Give me a break. Why should you have to pay to park to shop? It’s like paying to park to buy groceries. I can MAYBE understand paying if you wanted to zip line, climb the rock wall, or free fall, but even then $10 is steep. I’m wondering if the charming shops have suffered from decreased sales due to this new mandatory Parking fee. Disney World parking is $22 for the day. At least you’d get your money’s worth because you’d be there the entire day. We bought these activities for our kids on our last visit, and they were disappointed with the experience.... kind of like it was designed for small kids, not teenagers. I don’t appreciate being required to pay a $10 fee to shop at 1 store. 😡

  • Really neat places. Lots of stores, a couple of restaurants, lots of food vendors and neat booths. Kid friendly activities as well. There are several places there you can get tickets for dolphin cruises, fireworks cruise, pirate cruise, jet ski rentals. Alittle bit of everything all in one place.

  • Oh how much I loved being here the past Labor Day weekend. Its a far drive and pretty long distance to travel but l found solace here. The beach was so clear and the sand. The food and drinks was great especially the pineapple daiquiri. I will definitely be going back here because there wasn't enough time to do everything lol.

  • Pretty cool place to walk around and catch a fishing tour or eat at a restaurant. Recommend Harry T's or the restaurant on the very end. There's a 7D theater, which is real fun. I don't like the parking policy, $10.00 to essentially park in a gravelly lot. But that's how they make their money.
