Lillico Beach is a beautiful coastal reserve which is home to a colony of penguins who are referred to as Little Penguins or Fairy Penguins. Weighing nearly a kilogram and at around thirty centimetres, the Little Penguin is the small penguin in the world. From the viewing platform of the Lillico Beach, you would be able to view birds in the evening returning back to the burrows after a long day of fishing in the ocean. During the summer months and the breeding season, rangers can be spotted on-site. Other than birdwatching, you can enjoy swimming and hiking here.
