The Bergwijk Park is a park , office park and residential area in the North Holland village of Diemen . The park is located in the south of the municipality and borders Amsterdam-Southeast in the west and south. The park is enclosed by the Dalsteindreef with the Diemen Zuid , Bergwijkdreef, Daalwijkdreef and Gooiseweg stations . The park consists of two parts, two office parks, one of which is now also a residential area in the north and a nature park in the south. Because vacancy in the Bergwijkpark Noord had risen to 90%, the municipality decided in 2007 to transform the offices into a commuter area. Part of the offices have been or will be demolished and replaced by new free sector rental and owner-occupied homes, while another part of the offices will be transformed to a different destination. Because there is no leasehold in Diemen and all buildings are on private land, the costs are much lower than in Amsterdam.
