  • The entry of the place is free. It has a nice collection of coral and sea water shrimps, crabs and fishes. There is an Octopus too. My favourite was Catfish tank as it housed two large sea fish. I am giving Three star because the mechanical ventilation doesn't work and some of the fish tanks are empty.

  • A comprehensive view of the sea fishes and animals. The aquarium section has a large collection of various species of fish. The museum section has preserved bodies and life-size models. It has the whole skeleton of a whale displayed outside the building. It's a good and enjoyable learning experience for children. A must-visit in Digha and to note such a good experience comes free of cost

  • It was a good place. Lots of variety of fishes and other things to see. Lighting inside could have been better. Moreover it felt a little boring inside and a little dirty too. Nonetheless still a place to visit if you have some extra time. Loved the whale skeleton outside.

  • Not so interesting but yes can spend some time in watching some interesting varieties of fish. The fish with an eye of heartshape is marvelous to see. At the entrance you can see the skeleton of a 42 ft long whale . Inside the aquarium you can have a look for the star fishes also..
