  • It is government property and lack of maintenance shows. However, on the positive side, entry is completely free and you can watch marine life but it is nowhere near the big aquarium in Kolkata Science City or elsewhere. But there is a surprise. Before exit turn towards the back portion of the building, exit from the rear gate and you see a beach on your left. The short uphill road takes you to the tower beach. It is breathtaking to watch the beach from the top of a tower constructed at this site.
