Staff was extremely friendly even though my French is terrible. Great place to learn and bring a family too. Overall, everyone was nice.
Great indoor skiing park. Great location. Nice staff on side. One ski run for beginners and one for advance skiers. Pub nearby.
It's a great place to go for a weekend trip during the grey season when there is no sun outside anyway. We bought a 50hours ticket and we haven't used it up yet after 2 seasons but it seemed the cheapest option per hours for us. The place is great for a worm up before the ski season or for kids to learn. Jumps are possible too. The whole place just is not that we'll taken care of. It a bit messy and not well maintained, I also very much dislike the quality of snow.I think it would be much better if the slopes were taken care of in a better way.
When I went, there was literally just ice on the whole slope. I ended up hurting myself quite a bit and the rental equipment is falling apart. The customer service and restaurant attached were good though
Convient place to teach your kids how to ski before hitting the slopes. Snowhall charges by the hour so you can spend an hour teaching the kids, eat lunch (not counted as time skiing), and then spend another hour working on the skiing skills or sledding. The instructors are great (extra fee). English is not always available here. I'm pretty sure they over charged us by not giving us the family package; it made the different of about 50€. It's also pricy if you want visit only 3-5 times with the family. Currently they only offer two options. 20€ for 2 hours or 150€ for 50 hours. Nothing in-between. With a family of five I need something in-between to make the place truely affordable. Still it's more affordable then a all day tickets in the Alps.
