Puerto Rican cuisine, locally called cocina criolla, is a tasty blend of elements, from the spicy chillies of the Taino cuisine, the beef and pork of European cuisine, and ingredients from Africa, South America and North America. It is this beautiful balance of flavour and texture from so many parts of the world that makes Puerto Rican cuisine so delectable and mouth watering! La Terazza is the best place in Dorado for whoever wants to indulge in the truly flavourful local cuisine.
Jungle inspired decor spans the entire restaurant, making you feel like you’re perched upon the trees no matter what level you sit on. With the restaurants proximity to the sea, you’ll have the soothing sounds of the shore adding to the restaurants natural ambience. As you peer over the menu, the flavours specific to Puerto Rico will leap up at you, their scents mingling in the air as the other diners are served their meals. The meal will start with a plate of complimentary tortilla chips, warm and crunchy, with hummus. You can choose from an array of fantastic appetizers, such as the Shrimp Mofongo, Ceviche Octopus and the main course menu is even wider, and even more tantalizing. Juicy steaks and all kinds of Caribbean delights await you! Desert will also be a fun fare, with ice creams and fruit to end a perfect, lavish meal. You can lay back, content, and while away the rest of the evening with a pina colada in hand. Dorado has plenty of great restaurants but La Terazza, with its top chefs, comfy and fun decor and tempting menu is definitely the finest dining experience in the city.

La Terraza Reviews & Ratings
Fully recovered from Maria La Terraza rocks on weekends. Music, pool tables and a great bar top La Terraza second level. During the week things calm down. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. From their appetizers, main course selection and deserts to die for we had a superb culinary experience. The table service tied our experience together with warm, engaging, professional servers.
We were a party of 5 persons. We sat down on the bar at rhe second floor for drinks and we ordered dinner. The bartenders were super friendly and our food was great. It is worth to visit.
An excellent restaurant with a decent price range. Great food, menu is a bit small but the quality of the food makes up for it in full. There's great sea food, perfect appetizers and amazing drinks as well. Perfect for families, couples, or to eat alone.
Food and service were excellent. Go here. You won't regret it.
The food was served cold. Also way to much salt was use for the dish that I purchased as well as my wife's dish. They took forever to bring the food out over 15 min +. Will not be going back. Make sure you order alot of water to compliment the salt!
