Dover-Foxcroft is a town in Piscataquis County, Maine, United States, and the county's largest town and county seat. The population was 4,213 at the 2010 census. Dover-Foxcroft is home to the Maine Whoopie Pie Festival, an annual one-day event which takes place in late June each year. It started in 2009 to honor the whoopie pie.
