If you stay here DO NOT STAY IN CONCOURSE C!!!! It feels like staying in a Motel 6 from 1984. Concourse B the rooms are amazing and modern and feel like you're actually staying somewhere worth the exorbitant amount they charge to stay here. In Concourse C if feels like you should have paid 36.99 and they'll keep the light on for you. If I could give this place a half star I'd do that. We had booked 2 rooms, with 2 beds for 4 travelers. The first room was dingy and the "couch/futon/thing" was broken in one room and the other room had an odor wafting around the room along with an air conditioner that couldn't cool off the rooms. After talking to the manager he "upgraded" us to "The Super Deluxe Premium" rooms. Which have 1 bed and a roll away cot and a massage chair... because again, this is 1984.
I was here twice. On the first occasion, they were very accommodating with me. They even sent help to pick me up at my arrival. On the second occasion, they were great as well. Tip number 1: join their rewards program prior to the reservation and include your loyalty number once you communicate with them. They will give you some goodies like a fruit basket. Tip number 2: if your stay will be less than 24 hours, better reserve with them over email, without relying on other intermediaries. They will find an offer that suits your needs.
We stayed in Concourse B in a deluxe room. For an airport hotel we wanted someplace clean and quiet and that’s what we got. The style is a little weird but it’s modern and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it for long layovers.
Good experience. Was met as I landed with a sign board with my name on "felt like a bit of a celebrity" walked to hotel reception everything was explained to us and taken to my neat tidy room by a very professional Mudasir. What a nice bloke. A special mention for him as he added the final touch.
Good place to relax especially for those who has long connecting flight. Bed is comfortable, bathrom is big enough. Can access to jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool
