Madinat Theatre, Dubai Reviews

  • Their online ticketing system is terrible. I kept getting error messages so ı had to go to the venue to buy my tickets. There, they assured, there would be no withdrawal of money for the online transaction since I kept getting error messages. I trusted them and bought my tickets there. A day later money was deducted from my credit card for the unfinished online transactions as well and they haven’t returned the money for over a week now. They admit it is a mistake from their side but they are waiting for the signature of finance director to return my money. It should not have been charged beforehand since ı informed them way ahead. They made a mistake and charged it but now they don’t care enough to undo their mistake on a prompt manner. Customer service is horrible.

  • Watched the Goldilocks and the 🐻 play/ballet. The experience for kids are great. Theatre is good and stage is well visible. Fee cons however, seat for children should be adjustable for heights, tickets are pricey. With ample parking in Souq Madinat , no issues. Recommended for families with children do watch and introduce them to stage plays.

  • Amazing destination for stage performances situated within the magical Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

  • A cute little gem of a theatre, hidden with then many riches of Souk Madinat of Madinat Jumeirah is worth the visit and never let's you down in terms of the shows and service. Yesterday night with one of the best violinists on the planet, Dmitry Sitkovetsky, left me breathless.

  • I saw women in black here. Bit boring to be honest. The theatre itself is nice yet they serve expensive drinks in paper cups.....what????
