Porterhouse Temple Bar, Dublin Reviews - Write a Review
This place was packed. The beers and drinks were great. I had the Celebration stout. Our server was outstanding. The atmosphere was perfect. The have a wide selection of brews. Perfect place if you have had enough Guinness.
A very cool traditional bar in Temple bar area. We were seated upstairs for dinner and had the pork belly and chicken wings. Both dishes were good. The bar brews their own beer so I tried their IPA. Nice balanced flavour that didn't knock your taste buds off. The atmosphere here is amazing and feels very cozy even though it's a big place. A nice place to spend a few hours.
Really love this bar. Has a large selection of beers, many German wheat beers. The food is really good here, we got the nachos which comes with three different dips and Bolognese on top. Staff are very friendly and open to a chat. Live music and the atmosphere and layout of the bar is top. Highly recommended
Craft beer bar in the Temple bar district. They sell mostly their own brews, but nothing wrong with that (their Oyster is really really really great). Great atmosphere with live music and friendly staff. Went here a couple of times during my stay in Dublin during weekdays, and the place was packed, must be a battle zone during weekends. Don't go here if you want a Guinness, they don't have it. But they do have better stuff! And considering the location and the kind of beers they are selling, not even expensive!
Brilliant size pub in Dublin if you want to escape from Guinness which they don't sell. They have a range of their own craft beers and also world beers in bottles including a good selection from Belgium. Try the chicken wings, they are done to perfection, especially with buffalo dip
