  • The room is lovely and the bed fairly comfortable. The noise from the nightclub downstairs, and the party that spills onto the streets every night, is outrageous. It goes until 4-4:30 every morning, despite the club saying they close at 2:30. My room is also filled with cigarette smoke from all the people smoking outside. I'm on the 3rd floor! The smoke alarms have gone off multiple times because of the cigarette smoke, and the front desk doesn't care. This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We canceled our last 3 days and paid premium last minute rates elsewhere just to get away from it.

  • Brilliant Hotel - the staff here are exceptionally helpful. After a slight issue during our anticipated stay there customer service was brilliant, really appreciated what they did for us! Thank you

  • Great place to stay. Streetcar line runs right in front and less then a mile to downtown area and all the fantastic pubs and eateries

  • Don't stay here. Great room. Great location. But after 3 days, we are exhausted from getting no sleep due to clubs. They need to decide if they are a club or a hotel. Both just isn't working. I'm sure the clubs bring in a ton of money so maybe stop renting rooms to poor tired travelers.

  • Everything everyone else has said is true. This is not really a hotel.it's a VERY loud nite club. With some rooms. You cannot sleep here. Noise goes on from 19.00 to 04.00. My bed actually shook with the sound. dreadful.
