Teeling Whiskey Distillery - Review
An independent Irish whiskey company, the Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years. While the present distillery is fairly new, the Teeling Whiskey tradition was established in 1782. Since then, the Teeling Family has been crafting top notch Irish whiskey. Providing guided tours of their distillery, visitors get to see and experience an operational distillery. The tour is definitely a unique experience to have in Dublin.

Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Dublin Reviews
Visited with my brother around late morning today. We paid for the €15 tour which was good for us as non-whiskey drinkers. Before the tour started we were greeted by John Teeling, the father of the 2 who opened this distillery. He was lovely and talkative, not sure that he's always around to talk however. After he gave us some background information, we were met by our tour guide and the proper tour began. We were taken step by step through the whole process, seeing it live in action from fermentation to distillation. The tour ended with some whiskey tasting and a beautiful cocktail too. There are 3 price bands and these determine how many types of whiskey you try at the end. 1 was enough for us but avid whiskey fans may want the €25 or €30 one. Overall an excellent experience but you really should go to experience the sights and smells and tastes for yourself!
Really great place! The staff are very knowledgeable. There's also a cocktail bar inside that'd worth checking out. We went on the tour with the premium tasting. Their whiskey was great! They still haven't produced their first official whiskey distilled in Dublin yet, but it should be coming this October 2018! They're currently selling their previous stock.
An excellent tour, even if, like me, your not into whiskey. A genuine working distillery. Very interesting. Great guides(we had Cormac) and we were even treated to a little insight from the owner of the distillery with his grand daughters. Great value at €15 euros with a lovely tasting at the end. Would definitely recommend. Lasts around 1-1.15hrs. Enjoy!
If you love whiskey (or not) this is a tour to do while in Dublin. Tour is interesting and the sampling of the whiskey is a good way to know what you like. Shop has good things to buy. Highly recommend.😎
Not a whiskey drinker but visited with/for my husband because he is a fanatic! We did the tour with the tasting at the end and honestly, I can say it was so much fun and well worth it! Our guide was fun and knowledgeable about how the whiskey is made as well as each of the drinks in the tasting. I opted to do the tasting that came with a cocktail and the cocktail was delicious. We later finished off with some other craft cocktails at the bar and they were all delicious. Would recommend this tour for anyone and all whether or not you like whiskey!
