We were greeted in the carpark by a member of staff that proceeded to carry our bags to reception. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities you could wish for in a hotel room. Amazing central location. Only one bad point. We could hear the TV of the room next door
Highly recomended. On a business trip and after a long hard day...its nice to go to somewhere you can unwind and relax. Centrally located, super friendly and helpful staff. No further words to describe ... just experience the place!!!
Perfect location. Across from lovely Stephen's Green and bustling Grafton St. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants/pubs at night. Hotel staff were very friendly, concierge made a great recommmendations, rooms were cleaned until sparkling each day. Very comfy bed, spacious bathroom and beautiful lobby fireplace also. Hair dryers and umbrellas are conveniently provided.
I got in late from a meeting. I was told I could get food at the bar at 9:30. But the bar tender took so long to make my drink when I ordered food it was 9:45 and I was informed the kitchen was closed. They are a 5 star hotel. When a guest wants something to eat someone should jump to serve. However I was offered peanuts.
Awesome staff. We arrived 5 hours early and they had the room we requested ready in 30 minutes. They could not be more attentive to everything we want, as well as anticipating our needs. We will be back!
