  • Good venue for live pub music but don't expect a view of the stage from everywhere in there. Moderately priced drinks-not over expensive but wouldn't be raving about bargains either. Comfortable, not pretentious. Slightly better than average.

  • Grand bar for a pint in a big lounge chair. Mixed clientelle young and old. We were there for some great live music from Gavin Povey and the Fabulous Oke She Moke She Pops playing for a bunch of lindy hoppers who were jiving hard and fast. Very strange cieling.

  • Not a portensious place. Good crack and fun locals.

  • Genuine bar, friendly staff, great music and the best Guinness

  • Fantastic live music. Off beat crowd. Not pretentious
