Abbotts Bridge Recreation Area Reviews & Ratings
We had a great time. Our 2 hours went by quick, we cant wait to go again. The water was cold but once we got on the river we didn't notice.
It's a pretty good place to go tubing down the river. Yesterday was my first time and it was very relaxing. Just make sure that if you go you bring cash since you do have to pay for parking.
I've been here twice in the past three weeks. Everyone should experience tubing at least once. If possible some of the branches needs to be moved to the the side.
Every year, we take a float down to Abbots Birdge! It's a great spot to do some floating and some drinking. Highly recommend.
Don't try to swim in the hooch mid-june it will be cold and you will be sad. On the other hand, the mud? Squishy, soft, a delight for the toes, family fun for all ages
