Located on the fringe of the Duncan Park, the neighbourhood baseball playing arena, the Duncan Park Stadium is the home ground to the American Legion Baseball Team and the Spartanburg High School. With the capacity of three thousand people, the Duncan Park Stadium has been opened in 1926 and in 2016 it was enlisted on National Register of Historic Places. Once a minor league baseball stadium, the stadium now has one of the oldest grandstands made of wood.
