  • Never answer the phone very bad service

  • Tried to get home to Belfast from here after a long day in Dublin. The bus was late and there was very little help when we had to book our tickets. No attendands were there and we had to use an automatic kiosk that was very difficult to use. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Terrible service. Bus drivers are always rude and grumpy. Would not recommend to anyone. If you have a better alternative use that.

  • Arriving back via Dubai from Perth western Australia and attempting to get back to Omagh on a bus eireann vehicle I was absolutely ashamed of the service provided , what outsiders ,tourists, think of transportation in ireland must be dire, especially if they have to travel via Monaghan bus station. The depot is filthy , entrance, toilets and an apology for a cafe, it looks like something from the late fifties.I information boards were empty and the staff seemed to know nothing of the bus timetable, we were left standing outside the depot not knowing what was happening or when the next bus would arrive to take us on to our destination.
