Starting its journey in the year 2006, the Ionad An Mhachaire operates the entire week catering any events and offering local advice. The community centre also acts as a tourist information centre by offering brochures depicting all the possible activities in the area. From here, you can access the beach or enjoy the fresh ocean air while the kids can play at the park adjacent to the building. The staff members are friendly and attentive. There is also a cafeteria running in summer months.
