Babb’s Beach is a municipal public recreation area located in Suffield and just 12 minutes away from East Granby. It is listed under US National Register of Historic Places. The dance hall there is very popular as a heritage point. The area is extended for about 7 acres which mostly consists of the beach. Other surviving buildings in the area are an arcade, a generator shed, and a shooting gallery.
