The Rosedale Arch in Kansas City is a war memorial dedicated to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives in World War I. Constructed in the early 1920s, the Rosedale Memorial Arch is built of stone and was inspired by the Arche de Triomphe of Paris. The structure of the arch is magnificent and can be witnessed even from a distance. If you look closely, you will also see another marker in the Arch premises which is dedicated to the soldiers who lost their lives in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. At nights, lit by brilliant floodlights, the Arch makes an even more impressive spectacle that you must not miss.
