  • Pretty spot to drop by. The castle is rebuilt but the location is beautiful. No pictures allowed inside. I really wanted to get one of the dining hall. Very cozy for a large stone room. Doesn't take long to tour through it.

  • Magical place

  • The castle that stands today is not as old as visitors might think, but the location as a whole is stunning and well worth a visit when in this part of Scotland. Have been a few times now, and found it to be particularly pleasant in late May when the colder weather keeps the tourists and midges away.

  • Superb - no words can describe the magnificent vista of this landmark. The view from the water to it is wonderful & the whole site is renowned. Well worth the time xx

  • Breathtaking!
