  • Lovely feeling of community in this pub. There is a wide range of drinks and food, and a lot of places to sit. I would recommend it to everyone that is looking for a place to socialize and get a feel of the locals' Edinburgh.

  • A little on the expensive side, especially for a student place but it has a good atmosphere. Great selection of shows during the for general and good for watching sports. I've been here for a couple of pubs quizzes and it is nice that they have some specialised ones (Dragon ball quiz is my all time favourite)

  • Awesome space. Went here as it was transformed into The Free Sisters to coincide with the Edinburgh fringe festival. Great atmosphere and music with a lot of retro throwbacks, good food and plenty of bars make this place an ideal spot for anyone who wants to exert a bit of energy in a safe, catered environment.

  • What a fantastic place! Loads of beer options, loads of food options. Big screen for all the sport. Brilliant atmosphere

  • A great place. Visited it during the Fringe. However the toilet door had no lock on it... could have made for some very awkward interactions.
