  • Modern and trendy boutique hotel about a 10 minute walk from Princes street. Location is a little off-center but Edinburgh is so walkable it's not a problem. Room was very nice, modern and spacious. The shower in the bathroom was especially cool. I liked the large pictures of Scotland on the wall. Only negative as that there was no HVAC control in my individual room, so had to open windows to cool down. Also of note is that there is no elevator in this building, but not a problem for me. After midnight you have to ring the doorbell to get in. Overall a very good stay!
