Built in 1859, the Texana Church was first located in the original town of Texana. It was relocated in Edna in 1884. All throughout its life it has conducted prayers and all the church services. With a church so old, people do find it interesting to get married here. With a capacity of 160 people plus the balcony seating, it makes for a great venue to conduct small religious ceremonies. While it may not be necessary for you to go out of your way to see this church, it does deserve a visit if you’re passing by.
