St. Catherine's Church - Review
One of the most beautiful architectural wonders in Eindhoven is the Sint Catharinakerk or the Church of St. Catherine. It is dedicated to the saint from Alexandria. This church has been around since the 13th century. It was damaged in the several wars that shook Europe. The current structure was commissioned sometime in the 19th century. It is designed by Pierre Cuypers. The influence of French-Gothic architecture is easily visible in the design of the building. The two towers that are a part of the building are named Maria and David. A recent archaeological excavation led to the discovery of old bones, skeletons, household items and jewellery near the church. The Music Foundation regularly holds music concerts in the church. The building is now a National Cultural Monument.

St. Catherine's Church, Eindhoven Reviews
Quiet. Peaceful. Dim, but that helps show off the stained glass windows; which are amazing! I really appreciated the small display of the archeological dig conducted several years ago. And, as always with old churches, the construction details are fascinating.
Very peaceful. I love to spend sometime here. Very quiet and in the center of Eindhoven.
A small but very beautiful church in the middle of the City...surrounded by shopping streets, Restaurants and Bars...definitily a must see in Eindhoven
Very old church with amazing glass windows. There’s a little museum inside and visitors are allowed to enter and see them for free.
Central church in eindhoven. Looks nice and in a perfect condition.
