One of the hidden gems of Eleuthera, located on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera Island is Ten Bay beach. With shallow water along the shoreline, the beach and the sea is absolutely perfect for families with kids to spend quality time. Make sure you pack your picnic basket to enjoy a nice lunch under the sheds of the trees and the crystal clear water spread in front of your eyes.

Ten Bay Beach Reviews & Ratings
One of the most beautiful beaches. Good for kids. Water is shallow for a long distance.
Beautiful beach. We were there during high tide. The water is amazing and you can float in it all day if you want. It’s a perfect beach for young kids because it’s so shallow for such a long way out. We saw this rain cloud in the distance. It rained in Governors Harbour but not at Ten Bay Beach. This truly is an incredibly beautiful island with miles and miles of beaches. It’s the perfect quiet and relaxing getaway.
A great beach with little current or waves. Best visited right between low and high tide for the best water depth while still having a beach to relax on. Sand dollars, Urchins, Conch, small shark, and rays, however not a good beach for snorkeling. Sandy entry across most of the beach.
Absolutely beautiful. Keeps us coming back every year :)
Very calm side of the island. It seems you can walk quite far and still have your body above the water. I don't think there's much to be had here in terms of snorkeling, but it's worth the visit if you're only looking to chill and relax.
