The Zeliv Monastery is a national cultural monument for both the domestic and foreign tourists. The brothers led by the Jáchym live in the church community. It is a sought-after place of pilgrimage. Apart from spiritual practice, the church authority manages the monastery property including the accommodation, brewery, restaurants, forests, fields and ponds. Regular tours in and around the church and the adjacent church of the Birth of the Virgin Mary are organized. You can taste the traditional unpasteurised and unfiltered beers from the brewery in the Brewery tour and even stay at the lodges in the ancient wing of the monastery.
