A great entertainment trap, the Historic State Theater in Elizabethtown which was built in 1942, till today serves as a brilliant escape to the mundane routine. The construction of this building is marvellously built keeping in mind the Art deco style during the 1930s and 40s. While you’re at the venue, you can adore the light coloured bond patterns on the outside. The theater features a huge marquee which is also beautifully built and is a delightful site to watch for all. A very comfortable and well-maintained theater, it is home to many live laughter shows, programs, lectures and more and you can catch them all under one roof. The theater complex also serves as a perfect destination for weddings and large company events.

  • Little Texas concert. First time there. The sound was incredible. Had a great time. Even stayed and met the band!

  • This is a beautiful, historic place. The prices are incredibly low and there are such friendly people working there. We heard the Air National Guard band and they were great. Looking forward to watching some movies there.

  • The renovations are very nice, for those that grew up here brings back lots of memories. Is a very nice atmosphere to see a show or movie though the seating is pretty tight. With the size of the venue seating would be good anywhere on the floor and balcony would not be bad. Easy to access and parking with the use of Cecilian bank next door and City Hall across the street is very manageable.

  • A beautiful facility! Acoustics are great. Seats are comfortable.

  • Enjoyed Linkin Bridge at this majestic old theater. Obviously a loved structure.
