  • We visited on a non production day but it was still extremely interesting and informative. The tour takes about 1 hour and they explain in detail the process from picking the tea leaves till it's ready for export. Entrance was 1050 rupees for 2 people.

  • Nice tea factory. Was not vrowded at all. Great view from the tea tasting room and shop. Tour was informative, however quick and with not much details. Photos inside the factory not allowed.

  • We were on a Sunday so the factory was not operational, but the guide was very kind to turn on the machines just for show. Guide was very knowledgable and professional as well as kind. They also sell fresh tea, yet other factories might have a bit prettier packaging. Recommend for those in Ella.

  • Reasonably priced tour at 480lkr. It doesn't take long but quite informative. Started with a lecture on the process then they walk you through before the tasting. Go earlier to see more of the process as it was neat. No hard sales pitch at the end.

  • Not too much to see, and you need to put a lot of effort to understand the tour guide
