Starting its journey in 2012, the Ellensburg Distillery at Spring Creek is a scenic place to enjoy the winery tour and also sample some of their best drinks. On a guided tour, you will learn their process of distillation with eight botanicals and a little lavender that are grown on their farm. The wines are unique in their aroma of lavender and their smooth, fresh, and crisp taste. You can enjoy tasting the award-winning gins, brandies, and spirits overlooking the purple lavender field. Amethyst Gin, Golden Bee, and Wild Horse Vodka are their signature products.
