One of the most renowned in the city, the hotel wasn’t always called Rivera del Pacifico. At the time of its establishment in 1930, it was named Playa Ensenada and was comparatively a simpler version of what it is today. The lavish Spanish-style casino has since then grown a lot and is considered to be one of the most successful establishments till date. The place is also a constant den for history lovers and art enthusiasts, thanks to the famous museum- Museo de Historia de Ensenada. If you wish, you can also attend screening and exhibitions at Casa de Cultura that is held here from time to time.

  • Interesting history, but mostly visited by big groups from cruise ships. Therefore very us oriented. There is a cute small history museum also.
