Museum Folkwang, Essen Reviews - Write a Review

  • The building is so beautiful, there are good expositions and you can see a part of the museum for free. The best season to see it is in September. Good and beautiful memories :)

  • Not what I expected from modern museum. It's more like a gallery. Some of the descriptions are in English, some are not. The videos were all in German. The security people were very strict, can't even bring a backpack inside. I'm not a fan of abstract paintings so this is a very subjective review 🤔

  • Really not expected Surprise it's amazing what you can contemple for free

  • Quiet, interesting exhibits, a bit uptight with some rules, restaurant only accepts bank cards from €15.00

  • More an exhibition gallery than museum. Great art collection.
