  • A very nice easy ride up to the top it's not bumpy or jerky at all. Tram operators knew a lot about the tram and we're very informative. The gift shop and restaurant at the top were really cool also. Make sure you get a bag of peanuts from the gift shop to feed the chipmunks. All sorts of wildlife up there. Great experience. My 5 YO daughter LOVED it!!

  • An efficient operation even when there's a line. Hand built in the 50s, this tram goes up the mountainside in minutes to breathtaking views. Viewing scopes give you a better view for a quarter. Hiking trails let you wander. Plenty of photo ops. Coffee shop and gifts at the top offer something for everyone.

  • Great experience and decent price! Not too expensive considering everything else in the area. Kids 9-16 loved it. Top has hiking. Very safe cable car. Store and cafe at the top. Clothing items VERY reasonable prices. Highly recommend it.

  • This was well worth it. The views were so pretty and it was fun going up and down the mountain. My son is very scared of heights and he really loved it too. There is a little restaurant and gift shop at the top. You can buy peanuts for all the little critters up there. It is a little cooler up there and it started sprinkling while we were waiting to head back down. It can get a little chilly, so a little jacket isn't a bad idea. You can feel the elevation change up there too. It was so beautiful. I will defintely do it again.

  • Historic tram takes you to the top of Prospect Mountain. My parents are older and can't stomach longer hikes; picnicking on the summit great opportunity to give them the mountaintop experience without the physical stress! More than worth the price.
